Joseph Pierce

Joe began his career in public accounting as a certified public accountant, but he always held interest for finance. While he enjoyed working with companies, he wanted to be able to engage with individuals in a more meaningful way, and financial services provided that avenue. Joe was drawn to Raymond James by the firm’s commitment to putting clients’ needs first.

Prior to joining Raymond James, Joe served as a trust advisor for Regions Private Wealth Management. Before that, he worked for a public accounting firm advising clients on healthcare accounting and financial process optimization. Joe finds that these experiences come in handy at Raymond James.

Joe earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting and Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from the University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa.

Originally from Southlake, Texas, Joe lives with his wife, Ashley, and their son, Anderson, in Huntsville. He’s an Alabama football fan who enjoys lifting weights and playing golf during his off hours but finds himself spending more time on the Peloton bike these days.
