Jason Joe Operations Manager

Jason oversees the operation of our branch office to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with regulatory policies and procedures. He identifies, researches, analyzes and resolves complex issues by applying his extensive knowledge, gained from positions he has held in both the branch and home office environment. He holds Series 7, 63, 65, 4, 9/10 and 24 licenses, and is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).

Jason first joined Raymond James in 2017 as a compliance examiner. Previously in his financial services career, he was a registered principal at VALIC Financial Advisors, home office principal at Next Financial Group, a financial advisor and branch manager at Scottrade, and a financial advisor at Edward Jones.

He also has previous business management experience that includes serving as ocean/air import lead coordinator at Atlas Freight Systems, and as international manager, assistant terminal manager and customer service manager at Pilot Air Freight.

Jason attended the University of Memphis and is a past board member of the Reno Pops Orchestra. He is originally from Memphis, Tennessee, and now lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico. In his free time, Jason enjoys hiking and exploring the desert.
