Rose serves as Office Administrator, taking lead on client service and operational duties. She provides excellent service through thoughtful communication, attention to detail, and adaptability to help clients with their individual wants and challenges.
MainStay Advisors clients work with Rose to schedule and coordinate meetings with financial advisors in the Boulder offices. She leads new clients through the onboarding process so they utilize all of the resources that are afforded to therm. She communicates progress of accounts transferring, performs timely cash transfers on request, and maintains all client relationship files. Rose is also the point of contact for help with using Client Access, the tool that allows clients to access their online accounts, statements, and financial planning tools.
In addition to her client service duties, Rose assists with marketing and communications for MainStay’s Business Selling & Exit Planning service.
Rose grew up in Boulder and enjoys riding her bike around town. She graduated from St. John’s College in Santa Fe, New Mexico with a liberal arts degree. Before joining MainStay advisors, she served in a similar role with another Raymond James office.
