For nearly two decades Jay has cultivated long-term relationships with affluent investors needing core and comprehensive planning strategies (see below). Jay understands the most important question on investors’ minds, “Can I accomplish my goals?” Using probability analysis, Jay reveals the things clients can control that increase the likelihood of their plan’s success. Investment strategies are then implemented using time-tested investing principals that also increase confidence. Additional services that continue to enhance value include:
Custom-Tailored Investing: Jay believes one size fits all investment models do not optimize results. Contrary to industry standard, he individually creates portfolios by screening investments with a strong history of performance, low statistical risk, and low-cost share class. This removes layers of bias, creates tax efficiencies, and mitigates underperformance and volatility challenges when funds grow too large.
Meaningful Communication: Jay contacts clients with a purpose. He has developed systematized procedures, so clients receive timely information focused only on their specific interests and needs.
Transparency: Fees and costs are routinely presented as a part of investment portfolio evaluations.
Business Selling & Exit Planning: Jay has created a concentrated niche helping business owners and entrepreneurs save time and money selling and exiting organizations on their terms.
Jay earned a BA in management and MBA in finance and economics at the University of Toledo. He began his career at Edward Jones and grew his business for thirteen years prior to independently affiliating with Raymond James in 2016. Jay is active in his community and is grateful to have spent most of his life in Colorado. He is married to Jenae and together they have two beautiful children and two questionably beautiful bulldogs. They love road trips, fly-fishing, golfing, camping, and the magnificent outdoors.
