Cindy spent seven years in private practice as an estate-planning attorney before joining Raymond James. Her specialties include tax, estate and charitable gift planning, estate settlement and probate, and trust administration. Cindy holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Mount St. Mary’s University, in Maryland; a Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law, in Ohio; and an LL.M. in taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and she is licensed by the New Jersey State Bar Association. Cindy is a Certified Private Wealth Advisor® professional. Cindy’s memberships include the Suncoast Estate Planning Council, Junior League of St Petersburg, and the Pinellas County Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers – an organization for which she serves on the board of directors.
Though she’s lived in several states, Cindy is a native of New Jersey. She enjoys swimming, biking and kayaking.

Beth offers her clients a wealth of financial experience gained from a career that spans more than 25 years. It includes roles as a financial advisor, CPA and wealth management consultant. Her expertise includes financial and retirement planning, trust and charitable planning, personal income and estate tax planning, and tax mitigation strategies. Beth attended Florida Atlantic University, where she majored in accounting and earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration. She also is a designated CPA, a Certified Private Wealth Advisor® professional, and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. Beth holds Series 6, 7, 26, 63 and 65 securities licenses, as well as Florida life and variable annuity licenses. She is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA), Investment Management Consultants Association® (IMCA), the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of CPAs (FICPA).
Beth and her husband have six children and a growing number of grandchildren. She’s actively involved in her church and participates in, as well as supports, the Good News Club, a faith-based, after-school program.

Mr. Keefe received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Northern Illinois University and his MBA with Distinction from DePaul University. He is also a graduate of the ABA National Trust School at Northwestern University.
Mr. Keefe has more than twenty-nine years of experience in all aspects of trust management with The Northern Trust Company and most recently, Wintrust Financial Corporation where he managed the trust office at Barrington Bank & Trust for Wintrust Asset Management Company and was responsible for business development and trust administration. Prior to Wintrust, Mr. Keefe managed the consulting practice with the Government Finance Officers Association where he also staffed their national committees on Cash Management and Retirement and Benefits Administration. Mr. Keefe is a Senior Vice President and Trust Consultant for Raymond James Trust Company.
Mr. Keefe and his wife, Yolanda, reside in the Chicago area with their two sons.
