Several generations of Peter’s family have worked in the financial services industry. He grew up seeing the benefits that sound financial guidance can have on families, and seeing firsthand the satisfaction that comes with helping people pursue their financial goals.
Today, Peter has established his own career over the past 17 years, with areas of expertise that include retirement income planning, asset allocation and asset protection.
Before joining Raymond James in 2013, Peter was vice president of investments with Wells Fargo Advisors, vice president of investments with Wachovia Securities, and associate vice president of investments with A.G. Edwards. He earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Florida State University.
Peter has been a proud member of the Englewood community for 17 years and has played many key roles in helping it thrive. He has served the Englewood Cape-Haze Area Chamber of Commerce in a variety of capacities, including board member, president and chair of the golf committee. He has served as a board member and on the executive search and board merger consultation committees of The Southwest Florida Chapter of the American Red Cross. In addition, he has served on the executive committee for Enterprise Charlotte and as a board member and grant committee member of United Way of South Sarasota County. He has also been president of Leadership Englewood and a board member of the Lemon Bay Conservancy.
Peter was born in Morristown, New Jersey, moved to Florida as an infant and was raised here in southwest Florida. Today, he lives in Englewood with his wife, Tracy, and children, Matthew, Peyton and Annsley. Peter is a long-time youth sports coach of T-ball, baseball, basketball and Pop Warner Football. He enjoys sports, music, boating, barbecuing and spending time with his family.
