Francis specializes in asset management, succession planning and retirement planning, and provides investment consulting services to high-net-worth individuals and institutions. He has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry and is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary®.

The Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation represents a thorough knowledge and can demonstrate that designees have met educational, competence, conduct and ethical standards to carry out a fiduciary standard of care and serve the best interests of their clients. AIF® designees have a duty to implement prudent processes and assist others in implementing proper policies and procedures.

Before joining Raymond James in 2013, Francis was a financial advisor with Morgan Keegan for more than 27 years, 16 of which were as a branch manager. He also previously worked as a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch in Fort Lauderdale. Francis earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with a major in finance and a minor in economics from Stonehill College.

Francis is a member of the Association for Animal Welfare Advancement (AAWA) and is passionate about serving the investment management needs of animal welfare organizations. In addition, he has served as past president and treasurer of the Saint Anthony Foundation for Education, where he has achieved emeritus status.

Active in his community, Francis has served as a flag football coach for the Holiday Park Youth League and has held several leadership positions with Indian Guides, Indian Princesses.

Francis is a Fort Lauderdale native and lives here with his wife, Terry. They have four children, Sheila, Erin, Patrick and Timothy. He is a member of the Lauderdale Yacht Club and enjoys fishing, boating, golf, travel and being with his family.
