Anne leads our team’s overall initiatives, providing direction for client and employee experience strategy, and operational planning and efficiency. She joined Messick Peacock & Associates in 2021 after achieving many years of leadership experience in a variety of diverse disciplines. She has spent most of her career in banking and has years of experience across various disciplines including client experience, leadership development, change management, operational excellence and compliance management.

Anne is a lifelong learner who believes in continual growth and is committed to helping others reach their goals. She has earned several professional designations, including Certified Client Experience Professional, Certified Change Management Professional, Certified Treasury Professional and Project Management Professional. She holds an MBA in international trade from Texas A&M International University and a BBA in general business from Texas Tech University.

Anne serves on the board of directors of the Texas Business Hall of Fame. In her free time, she enjoys writing, running, reading, and traveling with her family. She is the author of the book, “Unicorn Leadership.”
