A native of Metairie, La., Todd is the Chief Operating Officer of M Wealth Advisors and Financial Advisor for Raymond James Financial Services. Returning to financial services in 2021 where he spent the greater part of his career, his security licenses include Series 7, 63, and 65 as well as the Louisiana Life Insurance license. Previously, Todd spent nearly a decade as President of the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce, an organization that worked with business executives and community leaders to grow business by enhancing the principals of free enterprise. The cornerstone of the organization’s agenda was advocacy for business, on local, state, and federal issues. Leading the Jefferson Chamber into premier status nationwide, it was awarded a Five-Star Accreditation from the US Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, the Jefferson Chamber was honored three times under his tenure as the most outstanding Chamber in the State of Louisiana by the Louisiana Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives. Todd has twice been recognized as an Economic Development Champion by his parish’s economic development organization, JEDCO, and was named a role model by the Young Leadership Council, (YLC). Todd has previously served on the Board of Directors of GNO, Inc, the regional economic development organization and the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry, (LABI). A past president of the Louisiana State Chamber Association, Todd was honored when the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry, (LABI), awarded the Jefferson Chamber with its distinguished Economic Development Partner of the Year.
A prior banking executive with both a community bank and a regional financial institution, Todd’s duties included the oversight of all revenue for one of the leading community banks in the state. He served on the bank’s executive management team and was the primary management lead of the retail branches, treasury management, wealth management, trust, and mortgage departments. Additionally, in the primary years of his 13 years in banking, Todd had direct oversight of marketing, business development, institutional funds, media, and community and government relations. Throughout his years in banking, Todd served numerous charitable, civic and business organization board of directors. Most notable today, he serves as a Commissioner for the Port of New Orleans and the New Orleans Public Belt Railroad. Todd is also a member of the Jefferson Business Council and serves as the Policy Chair for GNO,Inc,
Todd holds a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University and is also a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at LSU. He is an alumnus of the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute, (NORLI), the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program, and is a Fellow of the Loyola University Institute of Politics, (IOP).
