Jim Frank, Financial Advisor, joined Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. (RJFS), member FINRA/SIPC in 2009. He specializes in offering wealth planning and advisory services to a select group of individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations.
Jim attended Lewis & Clark College in Portland where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in history. His career as an investment professional began at Smith Barney in 1997 where he remained prior to joining RJFS in 2009.
Jim holds the following licenses and registrations: Series 9 and 10, general securities sales supervisor, Series 7, general securities representative; Series 63, uniform securities agent state law; Series 65, uniform investment advisor law; and life and health agent with variable annuities endorsement. Jim holds the Certified Financial Planner® certification. The Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist™ designation is through the College for Financial Planning.
Jim has earned the Private Wealth Advisor designation from Raymond James. This designation reflects his experience in managing the financial concerns of families, individuals and organizations of significant wealth, and his mastery of methods and resources necessary to support their expansive financial interests.
Jim is active in several community service organizations and serves as a board member on the Arts Council of Lake Oswego.

Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Center for Financial Planning, Inc. owns and licenses the certification marks CFP®, Certified Financial Planner®, and CFP® (with plaque design) in the United States to Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc., which authorizes individuals who successfully complete the organization's initial and ongoing certification requirements to use the certification marks.
