Jim Frank, CFP®, CRPS Financial Advisor Branch Manager

Jim Frank, Financial Advisor, joined Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. (RJFS), member FINRA/SIPC in 2009. He specializes in offering wealth planning and advisory services to a select group of individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations.

Jim attended Lewis & Clark College in Portland where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in history. His career as an investment professional began at Smith Barney in 1997 where he remained prior to joining RJFS in 2009.

Jim holds the following licenses and registrations: Series 9 and 10, general securities sales supervisor, Series 7, general securities representative; Series 63, uniform securities agent state law; Series 65, uniform investment advisor law; and life and health agent with variable annuities endorsement. Jim holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification. The Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist designation is through the College for Financial Planning.

Jim is active in several community service organizations and serves as a board member on the Arts Council of Lake Oswego.

Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. owns the certification marks CFP®, Certified Financial Planner,  CFP Logo Flame Design and  CFP Logo Plaque Design in the U.S., which it awards to individuals who successfully complete CFP Board’s initial and ongoing certification requirements.
