Lisa is the owner of Moe Wealth Management. As a Certified Financial Planner® professional, she leverages over 25 years of experience to provide clients with guidance on investments, retirement strategies and tax planning while integrating philanthropy and legacy planning. Her approach blends technical expertise with a genuine commitment to helping families feel financially independent and confident about their financial futures.
Lisa earned a bachelor’s degree in finance with a concentration in investments from Moorhead State University. Before coming to Raymond James, she began her career at Merrill Lynch, where she gained foundational experience supporting advisors and obtained her Series 7 and 66 securities licenses and health insurance licenses. Over the years, she advanced through roles at Edward Jones and Bell Investments, where she spent nearly two decades before opening her own practice, building a career defined by consistency, trust and dedication to client service.
In her day-to-day role, Lisa helps clients align financial decisions with long-term goals such as retirement, education funding and wealth transfer. She values opportunities to connect deeply with clients and their families. She believes her clients appreciate the reassurance of knowing their finances are reviewed closely, allowing them to focus on life’s milestones without the burden of day-to-day market fluctuations.
Lisa brings a caring spirit and keen attention to detail to her role. She is committed to always doing what is right and ensuring that strategies are carried out accurately and on time. Unlike many advisors who focus exclusively on high-net-worth clients, Lisa believes everyone deserves access to personalized financial guidance. Her philosophy centers on helping people who are motivated to improve their financial well-being regardless of their starting point.
Beyond her work, Lisa values her faith, family and community. She enjoys yard work, time at Minnesota lakes, camping in both Minnesota and North Dakota, and attending the Medora Musical. Originally from a farm and ranch north of Dickinson, North Dakota, she now lives in West Fargo with her husband Brian, a pharmacist at Roger Maris Cancer Center. Together, they have two children, Cameron, a project engineer, and Kendall, who works in finance.
