Austin joined Raymond James soon after graduating from the University of Texas Permian Basin in 2020 with a BBA in finance. As a former collegiate golfer, Austin brings the same focus and discipline he honed on the course to helping clients achieve their financial goals.
As a third-generation financial advisor, Austin takes great pride in continuing the family legacy started by his grandfather, John Arrick. In 2022, he co-founded Mission Capital, a team dedicated to guiding clients with integrity and personalized strategies built for their complex financial needs.
What truly sets Austin apart is his genuine care for people. He believes every client is family and treats them as such. His approachable nature and commitment to building lasting relationships make him a trusted partner in planning for the future.
He and his wife, Brooklyn, married in 2021 and welcomed their first child, Saylor, in October 2025. Outside of work, Austin enjoys traveling, playing golf and attending Chapel Hill Baptist Church. Austin also serves on the board of directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Permian Basin, reflecting his passion for giving back to the community and supporting mentorship programs that make a lasting impact.
