Scottye “Mac” Urias began her career with Raymond James in 2009, bringing her valuable experience from several years in retail banking and customer service. Her strong client-first mindset and depth of industry knowledge have made her an essential part of the team from the very beginning.
In 2022, Scottye and her husband, Isaac, returned to her hometown of Brownwood, Texas, where she now works remotely. As office manager and the team’s go‑to client concierge, Scottye plays an instrumental role in supporting our clients. She oversees money movement, coordinates service needs, manages follow‑ups and ensures that every client interaction is handled with care and precision. The relationships she has built throughout her career stand among her greatest blessings and continue to shape her passion for serving others.
Scottye and Isaac are raising their daughter, Wimberly, and their son, Creed, in Brownwood. They are active members of Coggin Avenue Baptist Church, where Scottye serves in the nursery on Sundays and as a youth leader on Wednesday nights. In her free time, she loves spending time with family and cheering on her kids as well as all her nieces and nephews.
