Paul Manfrey is a managing director, investments and financial advisor of the Manfrey & Long Wealth Management of Raymond James. Paul is Series 3, 4, 7, 9, 10, 24, 63 and 65 licensed and also holds an insurance license. He has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, having also spent time as an independent branch owner.
Paul earned his Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of South Florida and has also successfully completed the Chartered Financial Consultant® designation, awarded by The American College.
Paul is dedicated to helping individuals meet their financial needs by developing investment plans around their long-term goals and risk tolerance. His extensive experience – throughout major shifts in the markets – enables him to help clients structure balanced portfolios to address their specific financial goals.

Prior to joining Raymond James in 2021, Paul was a financial advisor and branch manager for Morgan Stanley. Before that, he was an independent branch owner/manager and advisor at Wells Fargo.
He is very active in working with PARC, a nonprofit organization that provides opportunities for the developmentally disabled. He was elected to the board of directors and named their Philanthropist of the Year in 2011 and served as Chairman of the Board in 2013-2014.* Paul was also an active member of the 2018-2019 board of directors of PARC.
Away from work Paul enjoys golfing, traveling and spending time with his family. He lives in Seminole with his wife, Jennifer, and two daughters, Avery and Olivia.
