Babs is a life-long Selma, AL resident. She began working in the financial services industry as a part-time temporary assistant during the Selma office transition to Raymond James. Babs became a vital part of the operations in the Selma office and continues to provide superior customer service and support to the clients of the Selma location. Prior to joining Raymond James, Babs was a human resources specialist for 26 years. 

In her free time, Babs enjoys spending time with her family and friends on the Alabama River either boating or taking in the beautiful scenery while having a porch chat. Babs is married to Lee Bender a retired Norfolk Southern engineer. They have two children and three grandchildren.
