    401k Retirement Plan Consultant

For more than 30 years, Trip has provided professional advice designed to meet the unique needs of individuals and high net-worth families, as well as consulting services to companies and institutions. His traditional wealth management practice is centered around goals-based financial planning. Trip is a founding partner and co-branch manager of an independent practice supported by Raymond James, one of the largest independent full-service firms, and a member of the S&P 500. Raymond James is committed to a client-first perspective and adherence to its founding core values of professional integrity, advisor independence, and a conservative, long-term approach to investing.

In addition to traditional wealth management, Trip leads a team that specializes in retirement plan consulting, specifically 401k plans. He and his dedicated staff work with plan sponsors to develop, implement and monitor customized qualified retirement plan solutions. He provides a comprehensive service model with the ultimate goal of preparing employees for financial security in retirement. His extensive experience in the oversight and operations of retirement plans is a valuable resource to plan sponsors and other institutional clients regarding fiduciary responsibilities and risks. Trip is a member of the Raymond James Retirement Plan and Institutional Advisory Council, a group comprised of less than 1% of all Raymond James advisors.

Trip has earned the Retirement Income Certified Professional® designation from the American College of Financial Services. He is a member of the National Association of Plan Advisors and holds the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor® designation. He is also an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® awarded by Fi360, a leading organization dedicated to best practices for fiduciaries.

Trip's community involvement includes serving as a past president of the Montgomery Auburn Club. A former Eagle Scout, he gives back by serving in various roles of the Tukabatchee Area Boy Scout Council. In his free time, Trip enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, college football and outdoor activities. He and his wife Karen have two children, Stone and Leeanne.
