As Office Manager and Senior Client Service Associate at Monument Financial Partners, Amy applies her three decades of business experience to assist our clients with their requests, needs, and concerns. Her objective is to provide exemplary service to ensure all client expectations are met and exceeded. She is responsible for day-to-day administration and operational duties, and serves as a primary point of contact with established and potential clients, answering questions, preparing documents, and handling account management duties. Working closely with our advisors, Easy & Marion, she is always looking to create a service-first mentality for the clients and team. Amy worked with Ameriprise Financial for over 5 years before joining Monument Financial Partners in 2023.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI. She is a Notary in the State of Mississippi. Amy lives in Vicksburg with her husband Steve, and has 3 adult children, Charlie, Grace, and Jack Gannon. She is a member of St. Michael Catholic Church. Outside the office, Amy enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and baking, painting, fishing, and traveling.
