FPQP® Client Services AssociateNancy helps us maintain the dedicated and focused service we provide to our clients. Knowledgeable and responsive, she provides timely, accurate and meaningful answers to our clients’ questions and strives to ensure that meeting their needs is always her greatest priority.
Nancy also provides support for our team’s client accounts and schedules, prepares documents for client meetings and assists with marketing efforts.
Nancy earned a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism from the University of Texas, where she also played on the golf team. Nancy had a 16-year career on the LPGA tour, from which she retired in 2000 to stay at home to raise her three kids. Before joining Kenneth’s team, Nancy was a team leader for Wegmans Food Stores, serving in prepared foods and the wine department.
Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Nancy has resided in the Richmond, Virginia, area since 2002. Nancy has three adult children and five grand puppies. In her free time, she enjoys playing pickleball and golf, and spending time with her family.
