Charlie is the third generation of his family to serve the financial needs of individuals and businesses in east central Indiana. Before joining the securities industry Charlie had a distinguished 20-year banking career that included serving as president of a local community bank for 11 years.

Charlie obtained his CERTIFIED FINANACIAL PLANNER™ certification in 2008. He earned his MBA from the University of Virginia’s Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business and his BS in Finance from the Indiana University Kelly School of Business. He holds Series 7, Series 63, Series 65 securities licenses and health and life insurance licenses. He is also a graduate of the Raymond James Trust School.

Charlie’s extensive community engagement includes leadership roles with the Community Foundation of Muncie and Delaware County, United Way of Delaware County, Meridian Health Services, Muncie Symphony Orchestra, Ball State University Foundation and the Indiana Youth Institute. 

Charlie and his wife, Claudia, reside in Yorktown. They have three grown children and five grandchildren. In his spare time he enjoys golf and family activities.
