Winton was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida and began his career as a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch in January 2007. After 16+ years as an advisor and various management positions, Winton joined Bridgewater Wealth Advisors of Raymond James to pursue his passion for helping clients achieve their financial objectives. Bridgewater Wealth Advisors work closely with successful individuals, families, and business leaders to develop custom portfolios that reflect their specific investment aspirations. Winton and his team collaborate with their clients’ estate attorney, accountant, and other trusted advisors as a team to assure that everyone is working towards their client’s goal in mind.
Winton graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Georgia in 2006 where he also played baseball and was part of the 2004 College World Series team. He currently holds Series 7, 9, 10, 66 securities licenses, life and variable annuity insurance license, as well as the Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner designation. When Winton is not working on his fitness goals or spending time at the beach with his wife and three kids, he serves on the American Lung Association board of NE Florida and is involved with local youth sports organizations.
