Sam Galloway is a First Vice President at Raymond James with over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry. He is responsible for institutional consulting and wealth management, working with both the public and private markets. Prior to joining Raymond James in 2009, Sam had been with Smith Barney as a First Vice President for 29 years in Spartanburg. He holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) professional designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies.

Sam is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, holding a degree of Bachelor of Business Administration (Accountancy). At Notre Dame, he was a member of both the varsity football team and varsity golf team. Sam has served on numerous boards, including the South Carolina Historical Society, the Spartanburg County Historical Association, Spartanburg County School District 7 Board of Trustees, The Advent Foundation, The First Tee and The Bobby Chapman Junior Invitational Golf Tournament.

Sam and his wife, Sarah, live in Spartanburg.
