Rachel is born and raised in Florida grew up in Sarasota, FL and then moved to West Palm Beach after attending college on the west coast of Florida. She moved to Pensacola, FL in July 2022 with her boyfriend and cat, to experience cooler weather, spend time with extended family, and travel more. She loves trying new recipes, unique workout classes, and visiting national parks.
