Let’s begin by getting to know you

“The aim of art is to represent not the outward appearance of things, but their inward significance.”
– Aristotle

Since we customize our services for each client, doing so means we must learn as much as we can about you and your family. It involves far more than just knowing about your assets. It means understanding who you and what you want to accomplish. We’ll ask you questions that may require a bit of soul searching – and that’s a good thing.

  • What’s most important to you?
  • What does money mean to you?
  • What message regarding money were you given growing up?
  • What was the most positive experience you ever had regarding money?
  • What was the most difficult experience you ever had regarding money?

Then there are more tactical questions, built around customizing our personal services to you:

  • How often do you want to be contacted?
  • How you like to be contacted?  (by mail, email, phone, in person)
  • What kind of information is of most interest to you? (investment planning, investment and market analysis, estate investment planning, etc.)
  • How often do you want a face-to-face review? (We often meet with clients quarterly, but some prefer semi-annual or even annual reviews. In any case, we are always available to meet whenever the need arises.)
