Our Wealth Planning Tool in Action!!!
The Big. Picture. Wealth. Planning. process begins with a clear understanding of the financial factors that have a lasting impact on your goals and objectives. With our regularly scheduled meetings, we will identify not only the economic changes occurring, but also the personal challenges you may be facing. Based on your current life situation and needs, we will work with you to create and implement a wealth plan tailored to your specific situation. Our goal is to provide you with a financial roadmap and guide you through life’s challenges with the right information at the right time.
-
DISCOVERY MEETING
During our initial meeting, we ask in-depth questions in an attempt to learn all that is important to you, and your family. The information that we collect during this meeting will be the baseline from where we start our relationship. It is extremely important for us to understand the values that shape your decision-making process and your priorities. We will work with you to develop specific goals that we will use to create a customized wealth plan for your family.
-
PLAN DESIGN MEETING
Our second meeting will focus on confirming the information we collected during your Discovery Meeting to ensure that it is correct. We will then work together in a collaborative fashion to finalize your customized wealth plan. We pride ourselves in using state of the art technology during the Big. Picture. Wealth. Planning. process.
Once we have agreed upon the direction of your wealth plan, we will then share our evaluation of your current investment strategy. We will directly compare and contrast the strengths and weaknesses of your current provider versus the Nevada Family Wealth investment process. It is during this time that we will fully disclose how much we will charge for our services if we mutually decide to work together.

MUTUAL COMMITMENT MEETING
Relationships are what matter most to us at Nevada Family Wealth. We feel it is in a client’s best interest to only enter into a trusted advisor relationship where both parties feel excited about working together. The Nevada Family Wealth onboarding process gives both the client and our team the opportunity to see if there is a good fit. Once it is determined that a relationship is to commence, we will work with you to move your accounts to our office. We will take care of all of the details during this process. We have developed a systematized process that will ensure a seamless transition.
-
45-DAY FOLLOW-UP MEETING
We will then plan to meet in person approximately 45 days after your Mutual Commitment Meeting. During this time, you will most likely have received your first Raymond James statement along with other important correspondence since initiating account transfers. We will educate you on how to read your statement, and we will work with you to set up an organizational system for the future. We have expertise in organizing both high tech (online "Vault") and low tech (binder) clients. We will determine your ongoing service plan prior to scheduling our first Regular Process Meeting.

REGULAR SERVICE MEETINGS
We offer three different service plans at Nevada Family Wealth. Our most common plan is called the comprehensive service plan. The comprehensive service plan includes 12 scheduled meetings annually. These meetings consist of two in-person financial plan review meetings, two in-person forward-looking strategy meetings and eight touch-base phone calls using Zoom™ technology. All 12 meetings employ an agenda that is provided to clients for review prior to their meeting. Clients in the Go Go Retirement and the Legacy Years stages of life tend to benefit most from the comprehensive service plan due to the flexibility of their schedules.
Clients in the Make It Happen Years stage of life typically chose our standard service plan due to their hectic schedules. The standard service plan includes four scheduled meetings annually. These meetings consist of one in-person financial plan review meeting, one in-person forward-looking strategy meeting and two touch-base phone calls using Zoom™ technology. Agendas are shared prior to each meeting to ensure that everything the client wants to cover is discussed during their meeting.
Clients in the Foundation Years stage of life usually prefer our family service plan. The family service plan includes two scheduled meetings annually. These meetings consist of one in-person financial review meeting and one touch-base call using Zoom™ technology. Many of our millennial clients prefer for both of their annual meetings to occur virtually. We have no problem with accommodating our technologically savvy clients. Agendas are presented for review prior to each meeting.
Regardless of your stage of life, you are more than welcome to choose which service plan best suits your life. You may also start with one service plan and switch to another service plan if you prefer. Our goal is to give you the right amount of contact that you prefer.
