Q: What do you love most about your work?

A: I most enjoy two aspects of my job. First, helping sponsors identify goals for their retirement plan offerings and choosing well-matched vendors and plan designs. Second, helping educate and empower employees to take advantage of these plans, as part of taking ownership of their retirement.

Q: What is life like outside of the office?

A: I live in Manchester, NH where I enjoy being in the company of family and friends. My favorite pastimes are kayaking, gardening, cooking and entertaining.

… And now for Don’s perspective on Jean!

Q: Don, What sets Jean apart?

A: A knack for clarifying, simplifying, and lightening loads. Nowhere is this more evident than in her work with plan fiduciaries. She helps them understand their role, demystifies the process of keeping their plans compliant within a changing regulatory environment, and enthusiastically leverages her experience-based knowledge to help them meet their obligations.
