Tsia Gladney

Throughout her career in financial services, Tsia has utilized her compassion, attention to detail and dependable nature to ensure clients are provided the high level of dedicated service they deserve. She enjoys the variety of individuals and families she is able to meet and strives to make sure each and every client feels valued. Clients can rely on her for timely, accurate and meaningful answers to their questions, further demonstrating that a well-rounded team of professionals is serving them.

Before joining our team in February 2024, Tsia was an investment manager liaison at Northern Trust, which is where she first realized her passion for the financial services industry.

Originally from Indiana but having spent much of her life in the East Valley, Tsia currently resides in Maricopa, Arizona, with her husband, Otis, and their three children, Noah, Xzavior and Grace. In her free time Tsia enjoys creative writing, recreational sports, cooking and most of all spending time with family.
