As branch manager and a financial advisor with more than 25 years of experience, Jim works with other members of our team in designing, implementing and monitoring client portfolios, as well as the other important aspects of wealth management including generational wealth transfer.
He genuinely cares about each client. By using his well-honed ability for listening and offering encouragement, he strives to have as much positive impact on their personal lives as he does on their financial lives.
Jim holds Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 licenses, as well as life, health and long-term care insurance licenses. Before joining Raymond James in 1997, he served as a financial advisor with Piper Jaffray in Bozeman and attended Montana State University's College of Engineering.
Jim is a member of the Raymond James Leaders Council*, an honor bestowed on financial advisors who have demonstrated an extremely high level of commitment to clients through personal service and professional integrity.
Born and raised in Montana, Jim lives in Bozeman with his wife, Irene. In his free time, he enjoys horse riding, diving, fishing and camping. He is a member of the Evangelical Free Church of Bozeman, the Professional Association of Diving Instructors, and has served on various foundations.
