Andre joined Palisade Financial in 2025, bringing a rich and varied background in business development, consulting, and behavioral support. Originally from Compton, California, Andre has called Montana home since 2016 and settled in the Gallatin Valley in 2021. Over the years, he has built lasting relationships across the financial services and consulting industries, earning a reputation for thoughtful guidance and client-centered service.

Before transitioning into financial planning, Andre served as Associate Director at Profitable Ideas Exchange, where he led executive engagement strategies for Fortune 500 clients and oversaw global project teams. Prior to that, he played a key role in scaling operations at AdvicePay, a Bozeman-based fintech firm serving fee-for-service financial advisors. His experience in strategic growth, client management, and cross-functional leadership uniquely positions him to help individuals and businesses navigate complex financial decisions with clarity and confidence.

A proud Montana Tech graduate and former collegiate athlete, Andre earned multiple academic and athletic honors, including First Team All-Conference and Academic All-Conference recognition. He remains deeply invested in the Bozeman community and is passionate about mentorship, financial literacy, and outdoor adventure. Outside the office, you’ll often find him at local sporting events, exploring Montana’s backcountry, or enjoying a round of golf with friends.
