A Priority for serving the community

Even as busy as Philip is serving his clients, he always makes time to support and participate in community organizations and grassroots causes he is passionate about. As a caring neighbor, a concerned citizen and a compassionate human being, he considers it his duty – and pleasure – to devote his time and energy to environmental, governmental or societal issues such as these:

Palm Beach Habilitation Center

Philip serves on the board of the Palm Beach Habilitation Center, an organization that provides services to adults with developmental, emotional and physical disabilities so that they can achieve their greatest level of independence. Over 600 men and women receive job training, employment opportunities, residential services, recreational experiences and retirement services via the center.

Florida Trail Association, Loxahatchee chapter

He is also a member of the Loxahatchee chapter of the Florida Trail Association. He and his wife, Julie, volunteer doing maintenance and trail blazing on the Ocean to Lake Trail and other important trails in Palm Beach County.

James Madison Institute for Public Policy

Philip is an advisory council member of the James Madison Institute, one of the nation’s oldest and largest 501(c)3 nonprofit, nonpartisan research and educational organizations. The institute’s policy recommendations are rooted in the principles found in the U.S. Constitution and such timeless ideals as limited government, economic freedom, federalism and individual liberty coupled with individual responsibility.

U.S. Term Limits

Philip is president of U.S. Term Limits, the largest grassroots movement in American history, formed in 1991 to initiate and defend term limits at every level of government via the ballot, box, courtrooms and media. He is also a past campaign manager of the Palm Beach County Term Limits Committee.
