Maitland brings a strong professional foundation rooted in discipline, teamwork, and attention to detail—qualities shaped through her experience as a former collegiate athlete. She played field hockey competitively from the age of six through the Division I level, reflecting a long-standing commitment to growth, resilience, and performance. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Liberty University, demonstrating a continued dedication to learning and professional development.
In her role, Maitland supports day-to-day operations and helps ensure a seamless, efficient client experience. She is known for her strong organizational skills, clear communication, and dedication to handling each client interaction with accuracy and professionalism. Committed to a client-first approach, Maitland takes pride in building trust and delivering responsive, thoughtful service tailored to each client’s individual needs. She is dedicated to continually expanding her knowledge and skillset to better support both clients and her team.
Originally from New Jersey, Maitland and her husband, Jack, now live in Florida with their four kittens—Link, Lars, Luna, and Lavender—who are a cherished part of their family. Outside of the office, they enjoy visiting Disney World, spending time at the beach, playing pickleball, and cheering on their favorite sports teams. They are also active members of the Suntree United Methodist community. A fun fact about Maitland is that she can juggle!
