Jenn supports the dedicated and client-focused service we provide at Raymond James. Knowledgeable and responsive, she delivers timely, accurate, and thoughtful support to clients, ensuring their needs are always a top priority. Jenn also assists with client accounts, prepares documentation for meetings, manages scheduling, and supports overall team operations.
Jenn was a member of our team for nearly a decade before taking a brief break to pursue her passion for tree care. During that time, she earned her ISA Certified Arborist designation and worked in the tree industry, where she oversaw operations, customer experience, and marketing for a Northern Virginia-based tree care company.
A Northern Virginia native, Jenn grew up in West Springfield, attended Radford University, and now lives in Ashburn with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she is passionate about community engagement and education. Jenn developed a program introducing students to arboriculture, visiting classrooms and community groups to share knowledge about environmental stewardship and career opportunities.
