Allan is a founding principal, bringing over four decades of experience advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions on complex investment and wealth management strategies.

Over the course of a 45-year career, he has navigated multiple market cycles, economic regimes, and generational shifts, developing a reputation for disciplined portfolio management, and thoughtful risk oversight. Allan’s depth of experience allows him to provide clients with a level of perspective that can only be earned through time in the markets.

Allan is particularly known for his expertise in fixed income and municipal bond investing, where he has constructed and managed customized portfolios for clients seeking tax-efficient income, capital preservation, and long-term stability. Prior to joining Raymond James in 2004, Allan served as a financial advisor at JB Hanauer & Company. He is a graduate of Syracuse University. His strong background in municipal bonds is a value added service to his clients.
