Gordon Heyworth

Gordon is a graduate of the University of Virginia where he matriculated after having attended 10 schools including L’Institute de Stanislas in Cannes, France and Kelly College in Devon, U.K. as an exchange scholar.

After attending college on a full NROTC scholarship, “Gordo” (his call sign) attended the Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN) and was a pilot in VF-103 deployed aboard the USS Saratoga flying the F-4 Phantom.

When he left the Navy in 1981, Gordon was hired by Merrill Lynch and has been a Financial Advisor ever since. He landed aboard Raymond James & Associates in 2016.

Gordon and his wife, Jeanne, have been married since 1976 and have 3 children and 5 grandchildren. Recently, Gordon has embarked on a hobby of watchmaking taking in non-running mechanical pocket and wristwatches from donors in return for a donation he makes to Wounded Warriors in their name.
