Having earned the Private Wealth Advisor (PWA) designation, Stephen leads Quantum’s efforts in the Ultra-High-Net-Worth Market. The PWA designation reflects his expertise in managing the financial concerns for a select number of families of significant wealth, and his mastery of methods and resources necessary to support their expansive financial interests.
Stephen’s career in financial services began in 1988 following his graduation from Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia with a bachelor’s degree in political science. He has been involved in coaching baseball and basketball with the YMCA of South Hampton Roads and the Great Neck Athletic Association in Virginia Beach. Stephen has served on a number of charitable and education boards: The Norfolk Sports Club, Catholic High School in Virginia Beach, First Tee of Hampton Roads and Ghent Square Community Association Investment Committee. He is the former President of Bayville Golf Club and today he serves on the Virginia State Golf Association Board of Directors.
Stephen is a native of Norfolk, Virginia. He currently resides in Virginia Beach with his wife Maureen and two children, Caitlin and Colin.
