John Walter Pace, Jr.,

For over 40 years, John has dedicated his career to helping individuals and families pursue their financial and retirement goals—a passion that first drew him to the financial services industry and continues to guide his work today. As Complex Manager of the Triangle East complex at Raymond James – comprised of six branches - John provides strategic leadership to financial advisors while also serving a select group of high-net-worth clients.

A Chartered Financial Analyst^® and graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, John brings a wealth of experience to his role. He began his career in 1981 at a major commercial bank, later advancing to senior roles in fixed income at a regional investment firm. In 1995, he opened the Raleigh office of Morgan Keegan, which became part of Raymond James in 2013. Throughout his career, John has been known for his thoughtful investment analysis, risk management, and personalized portfolio construction.

Beyond his professional life, John is active in his community. He is an elder at White Memorial Presbyterian Church and is a former trustee of Episcopal High School. He and his wife, Mabel, are proud parents to their three children, Lida, Nan, and John.
