For Lesa, creating an exceptional client experience is the number one priority. Knowledgeable and detail-oriented, she is known for her positive outlook on life and solid work ethic. She and advisor Bob Reininger have been working together for decades, with a long history of serving clients as well as the next generation.

She has more than 20 years of industry experience, starting out as a client service associate at Morgan Stanley in 1999. She joined UBS in 2008. In 2012, she left the industry to help start a family business, but returned to the team in 2017, when RavenRock Wealth Partners affiliated with Raymond James.

Giving back to the community is important to Lesa. She stays involved as the Oregon Wrestling Associate Kids State director and Rock of Redmond Mar Club president. She also serves on the Western States Regional Committee for USA Wrestling.

She was raised in an Air Force family, growing up on bases across the country. She later moved to Oregon and studied at Portland Community College. She now lives with her husband, Scott, in Redmond, Oregon, where they are raising their three boys: John, Kagen and Tate. When she’s away from the office, she enjoys camping, fishing, hiking, gardening and traveling for her sons’ competitions.
