Clarke specializes in helping clients pursue a comfortable retirement by applying his extensive experience in investment management and retirement income planning. His attention to detail and commitment to keeping in regular contact with his clients are hallmarks of his service.

Prior to joining RDH, he was a vice president and financial consultant with D.A. Davidson & Company. Before that, he served as vice president of fixed income institutional sales with Kemper Securities as well Prescott, Ball & Turben. Earlier in his career, he was vice president with National City Bank in Cleveland. He earned his bachelor's degree in economics and finance from Lehigh University.

He believes in devoting his time and energy to serving his community. He has served as president and board member for the Bond Club of Cleveland, as a trustee and an endowment committee member for St. George's School in Spokane and has been a member of the Spokane Rotary Club 21.

In his free time, Clarke enjoys golf, boating, gardening and building his collection of fine wines.

A native of Providence, R.I., he currently lives in Spokane with his wife, Barbara. They have two adult children, Alyssa and Tyler.
