Isaiah Martin

Client Relationship Consultant, RWMG Branch Associate, RJFS

Isaiah is committed to supporting clients with care, consistency, and a strong attention to detail in his role as a Client Relationship Consultant with Reganess Wealth Management Group. He works closely with both advisors and families to ensure that every stage of the financial planning process is smooth, professional, and tailored to each client’s needs.

Isaiah brings a diverse background to the team. Prior to beginning his career in financial services, he spent nearly a decade as a logistics supervisor, where he honed his ability to manage complex operations, solve problems efficiently, and keep projects moving seamlessly. In addition, his years as a personal trainer and children’s CrossFit coach instilled in him a passion for mentorship, discipline, and helping others grow - qualities that now shape his approach to client service.

A graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, Isaiah earned his Bachelor of Science degree while competing on a five-year football scholarship and serving as team captain for three years. He also completed a minor in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Financial Planning for Families, strengthening his foundation for a career dedicated to helping others plan for their futures. As part of his professional development, Isaiah is working towards his Series 7, 66, and insurance licensing by the end of 2025. Isaiah is also a candidate for the CFP® certification and plans to take the exam in 2026.

Outside of work, Isaiah enjoys CrossFit, coaching kids’ classes on the weekends, and spending time outdoors bird hunting with his dog, Rogue. He also enjoys relaxing with his two other pups and appreciates the balance of hard work and downtime. Whether in the office, at the gym, or in the field, Isaiah brings dedication, energy, and a genuine commitment to the people he serves.
