Lisa Workman, AAMS® Financial Advisor

As an Accredited Asset Management SpecialistSM with over 30 years of industry experience, Lisa firmly believes that having a comprehensive wealth management plan in place is crucial to her clients’ financial success. She is passionate about following a fiduciary standard of care for advisory clients, helping people reach their dreams for retirement, education and leaving a legacy through proper portfolio and risk management, as well as tax-efficient income and estate planning.

Lisa earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill before becoming a municipal bond trader at a small brokerage firm in Raleigh. She transitioned to a registered client associate at the predecessor firm for Wells Fargo Advisors in 1988 and was promoted to a financial advisor role in 2011. Lisa joined Chris Johnson and Fred Asfoury’s team in 2015 and moved with them to Raymond James in 2019, where she subsequently earned the AAMS® designation in her desire to continue her education and always do what is in the best interest of her clients.

When she is away from work, Lisa enjoys volunteering at Richland Creek Community Church in Wake Forest and with Samaritan’s Purse U.S. Disaster Relief. She also enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her husband of over 35 years, Gary; their three grown children, Sarah, Steven, and Becca; her parents and extended family and friends.
