With over 40 years in the financial services industry, Debra has extensive experience and insight to offer clients. She has expertise in comprehensive wealth management services, specializing in investment consulting for high-net-worth individuals and family-owned businesses. Debra works closely with clients to develop tailored financial plans, allowing them to actively pursue their goals and fulfill their needs.
Before joining Raymond James, Debra was Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager at Morgan Stanley, having served with the firm and its predecessors since 1983. She earned a Bachelor of Music Education and a Master of Music Performance from Boise State University.
Debra has remained active in the Boise State University community, serving on the Foundation Board of Directors from 2010-2013, and as the Board President from 2004-2005. During her service as President, the university began its first official comprehensive fundraising campaign, which at the time was the most successful campaign of a public university in Idaho.
In 2011, Debra was awarded the Boise State University Distinguished Alumni Award. In 2013 she was the recipient of the university’s Silver Medallion Award, the highest level of recognition for service to the university, and she was a speaker at that semester’s commencement ceremony.
Since 2014, Debra has been serving on the Idaho Community Foundation Board of Directors and served as Treasurer from 2019-2021. She is currently on the Financial Affairs Committee, the Budget Committee, and the Investment Committee.
Debra is also a past Board Chairman of the Treasure Valley United Way. She has received many accolades and recognitions for her professional expertise, earning the Tribute to Women in Industry Award* and the Idaho Business Review Woman of the Year Award in 2009**. In 2021, she earned the Idaho Business Review Excellence in Finance Award***.
An Idaho native, Debra and her husband, Kelly, enjoy living the great Idaho lifestyle.
