Arturo Ynocencio Casanova Lumpkin, AIF®, CKA® Financial Advisor, Raymond James Financial Services, Inc.

"I love being part of a multigenerational team serving successive generations of clients. My family has a legacy of providing professional and knowledgeable service and we strive to develop long-term relationships with clients with the objective of understanding their goals and providing viable solutions."

After a varied career in computer and electrical engineering, spanning everything from designing and testing hardware and software to managing projects and maintaining servers, Arturo leapt at the chance to follow his father and brother into the family business of offering investment advice to respected clients. After years in the corporate world, he learned he truly enjoyed the chance to work one on one with various clients, helping them achieve their objectives. His analytical mind serves him well in his role as a financial advisor, where he uses complex computer analytics to run account projections, and then distills the information into easily understood charts and graphs. His computer knowledge also helped broaden the practice, making it more efficient.

A North Carolina native, Arturo graduated summa cum laude from North Carolina State University with bachelor's degrees in computer and electrical engineering. While there, he studied in Cuba as part of the University Scholars Program and completed the University Cooperative Education Program. He continued his education, earning a master's in computer engineering. He also holds Series 7, 66, 9, and 10 licenses, insurance licenses for life, health, and long-term care and his AIF® and CKA® designations.

Arturo is an active member of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity, the Richland Creek Community Church in Wake Forest, and the Public Affairs Committee of the North Carolina Forestry Association. When he has time, you can find him hunting, fishing, playing pool, camping, and watching movies, collegiate, and professional sports. He also enjoys spending time with his wife Rebecca, his son Henry (6), and his two daughters Genevieve (5) and Margaret (3).
