With more than 13 years of experience in the financial services industry, Chris Skelton has matched hundreds of prospective homeowners and individuals seeking financing with the right borrowing solution for their specific needs.

Chris specializes in helping investors, homeowners and homebuyers use their wealth to secure the cash they need for large purchases, such as a home or a business; renovation projects; and securing large credit facilities for other needs. His experience as a banking executive has allowed him to develop a broad and deep knowledge of the banking and real estate credit markets to help identify the right financing that best complements your life and your long-term financial goals.

Chris began his career in financial services in 2003 at National City Bank, later PNC Bank for eight years as a branch manager and a small business development officer. In 2010, he joined Wells Fargo Advisors as a regional banking director serving financial advisors and their clients throughout Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio and Michigan. He joined Raymond James Bank in 2015 to support Financial Advisors and clients in Kentucky, Virginia, North and South Carolina.

Born in Dallas, Texas, Chris moved to the Louisville, Kentucky area as a youth. He received his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Kentucky and his MBA with a focus in Finance and Healthcare Management from the University of Louisville. He is an alumni advisor and prior executive officer with the University of Louisville MBA Association.

Chris enjoys playing golf, playing and coaching soccer and basketball, and spending time with his wife, Gina, their two sons - Caleb and Jack, and daughter Lexi. He is a member of Southeast Christian Church in Louisville and a head soccer coach for North Oldham Middle School and the Oldham Soccer Club.
