Cyndi applies her years of experience in customer service, management, training, process documentation and data analysis to serving our clients and advisors. Before joining our team in 2015, she worked for Raymond James for over 12 years, including 10 years in the accounting department of Raymond James’ home office in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Cyndi was born and raised in Florida. She moved to Knoxville with her husband, Paul, and daughter, Jasmine, in 2008, and moved to Chattanooga in 2015 when Jasmine started attending UTC. When she’s not at work, Cyndi enjoys writing, home design, horseback riding and exploring nature (especially the local caves) with her husband. She holds certifications as a Professional Life Coach and instructor of kickboxing and self-defense.
