Senior Registered Client Service Associate

Throughout her 30 year career in financial services, Amy has utilized her compassion, attention to detail and dependable nature to ensure clients are provided the high level of dedicated service they deserve. She approaches each client request or question with a positive attitude and conscientious manner.

Personable and detail-oriented, Amy strives to ensure clients receive timely and thorough responses to each of their requests and is committed to providing an exceptional client experience while helping advisors do the best job possible.  A skillful problem-solver, she addresses client requests and administrative needs with speed and accuracy.  Amy also supports the business operations of our team and plays a key role in preparing financial reports.

Amy also assists our financial advisors in planning and building investment portfolios. She holds Series 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses, and life and health insurance licenses.

Prior to joining our team in July 2022, Amy was a Registered Client Associate at Ameriprise Financial for 3 years and a Senior Registered Client Associate at Wells Fargo Advisors for 22 years.  She began her career in the financial services industry in 1992 as a Fixed Income Portfolio Accountant at Morgan Keegan, which was acquired by Raymond James in 2012.  Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.

She is originally from Houston, Texas, and now lives in Leander, Texas with her mother and brother living nearby. When not in the office, Amy enjoys cooking, gardening, hiking, listening to live music and audiobooks, and spending time with her family and friends. She is a parishioner at St Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.  She is also a member of the worldwide fitness group, My Peak Challenge supporting several global charities including Blood Cancer UK a blood cancer research organization, Marie Curie Society supporting end of life care, and Feeding America.  Amy personally supports Make a Wish Foundation of Central and South Texas to grant wishes of children with life threatening illnesses.
