Tom is a Client Service Associate at Raymond James, primarily focused on supporting both advisors and clients. He manages day-to-day administrative and operational tasks and serves as the backbone of our client service processes and practice.
Tom is the primary point of contact for administrative matters, including scheduling meetings, overseeing documentation, and assisting with general inquiries. He is also actively involved in the team’s various projects and initiatives related to exceptional client service, investments, and planning.
Tom graduated from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, double majoring in Risk Management & Insurance and Finance & Banking. While at ASU, Tom was selected by faculty to represent the university and the Walker College of Business in an international business risk case competition, where his team was one of eight to advance to the semifinal round.
When not preparing for his industry licensing exams, Tom enjoys spending time with family and friends, and playing golf.
