I believe the best way to serve you, our client, is to respond to your needs with a sense of urgency and consistently provide accurate information in a timely manner. As your first point of contact, it is my responsibility to understand your requests and determine the most effective ways to quickly provide the answers you need.

I am your go-to person for all administrative services, such as scheduling appointments, transferring funds, accessing reports, setting up systematic withdrawals/deposits, updating beneficiary information and the like. Preparing forms for your review and signature, including rollover forms and third-party forms, are my forte.

Upon graduating from Morehead State University with a double major in English and psychology, I spent many successful years within the educational publishing industry in the areas of editing and book production. The skills I gained in my editorial career – editing, proofreading, research, production management – have enabled me to provide a depth of service and a high level of communication that our clients have come to expect.

I joined Mike’s team in 2012, and in the ensuing years we have developed a process of client service to not only efficiently handle your immediate needs, but also anticipate your needs at every stage of your life.
