Richard Saxon, President, brings to his clients many years of experience in building and managing private businesses - including his tenure in the financial services industry. Richard began his career in 1983 where he owned and operated several successful companies before choosing to pursue the financial services industry in 1999. Prior to joining Raymond James in 2005, Richard was associated with leading investment and banking firms such as Smith Barney and Merrill Lynch. With a specialty in investment management and asset allocation, Richard's focus is to create a simple platform for families with complex financial needs and provide a proactive approach on investment strategies and other financial matters that are important to his clients..
Richard enjoys spending time with his wife Kathy, and their two children, golfing, riding motorcycles, sporting clays and landscaping. He believes in giving back to his community, and serves on the board of non-profit organizations such as The Oilfield Helping Hands and The Hope of Shades Foundation.
