Frank Blust,

Frank is passionate about helping people prioritize, plan for and pursue the important financial goals in their lives. As the son of Hilary Seabrook, he was introduced to the financial industry early in life. Seeing the passion his mom had in serving her clients made a strong impression on him. Following in her footsteps became his personal career goal soon after.

Frank enjoys devoting time to learn about each person's family and business life and then crafting and applying a customized financial plan and strategy to their individual situation. Frank's open, honest and personable demeanor helps him build trusted and comfortable relationships with the clients he serves.

Frank holds two important professional credentials that helps him advise his clients. As an Accredited Asset Management Specialist™, he has completed a rigorous course of study with the College for Financial Planning that encompassed investments, insurance, tax, retirement and estate planning issues. As an Accredited Investment Fiduciary^®, he has met educational, competence, conduct and ethical standards to serve the best interests of his clients.

Frank first joined Raymond James in 2020 in Conshohocken but moved to Jenkintown a year later to team up with Hilary. "Working at Raymond James, and with my mom, has been a great decision," Frank says. Earlier in his career, Frank worked at Vanguard as an education savings specialist serving high-net-wealth clients and advisors. He is a graduate of Temple University.

As the next generation of Seabrook Wealth Management, Frank values the financial well-being of the team's current clients, while also looking forward to serving the next generation of investors as well.

Frank was born and raised in the Philadelphia suburb of Maple Glen, Pennsylvania, and today lives in nearby Glenside. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his family. An avid hockey player, he coaches the sport at La Salle College High School and the Wissahickon Skating Club.
