Michelle helps us maintain the dedicated and focused service we provide to our clients. Knowledgeable and responsive, she provides timely, accurate and meaningful answers to our clients’ questions and makes sure their needs are always her greatest priority.
Michelle also provides support for our team’s client accounts and schedules, and prepares documents for client meetings and assists with marketing efforts.
Before joining our team in June 2022, Michelle was an administrative professional at Toastmasters International for 10 years.
Michelle lives in Sanford, North Carolina, with her husband, Tommy. In her free time, Michelle enjoys spoiling her dogs and feeling the open air of motorcycle rides.
