McKenzie is dedicated to helping us provide a high level of customer service. She is committed to helping educate and inform our clients throughout their financial journey, while working to make their lives easier.
McKenzie helps clients with establishing and maintaining their online account access and tools. She assists clients with check, wire and money movement requests, address changes, and all things related to their accounts, including answering questions and processing account updates. McKenzie is in charge of planning and organizing client events both in person and online. She also greatly assists our team with many essential administrative duties.
Before joining our team in 2023, McKenzie was a Senior Analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Consumer Wealth Management division. She has spent ten years in client service roles, bringing valuable experience to our team.
McKenzie and her husband Brendan reside in East Texas with their dog, Oakley and cat, Lily. When not in the office, McKenzie enjoys traveling and trying new and unique restaurants. She also enjoys crafting, staying active and spending time outdoors.
